I’m here for you whilst you implement your plan. This is the “secret sauce” to success, and how I get such amazing results a short space of time. Every baby responds differently to changes. I’m right there adjusting things to make it easier for them and you.

When I made the changes, I felt like I transformed from dragging my sleep deprived heels like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh …to standing proud like my childhood heroine She-Ra, having helped our little one learn to sleep so well. The effects of poor sleep had filtered through to my mood, and my relationships, consuming my days (and nights). The difference in a few weeks was astounding… so much so I decided I wanted to empower other families to create such powerful results.

But, how do I do it?

 

 

You give me all the details surrounding your child’s personal sleep situation by answering my sleep questionnaire.

 

That enables me to create your plan which includes the tools to transform your youngsters sleep.

 

We talk about sleep, discuss what changes I’m suggesting and why, and then run through your plan step-by-step for each aspect of sleep.  If you’re requiring a night feed to be kept in, I accommodate this into the plan too. You can still dramatically improve a baby’s sleep and still feed during the night.

 

You receive advice on milk feed and meal placement, and we work on finding your child’s “sweet spot” in relation to awake time prior to sleep. This helps to ensure your little one is tired enough to get sleep easily and stay asleep long enough for the sleep they need, but without hitting overtiredness (the arch enemy of sleep!).

 

You receive 3 weeks whilst you’re implementing the plan … this is the key to success!

 

You get sleep log analysis and advice daily.  All children respond differently to making changes with their sleep. We can adapt and respond to you and your child’s needs.  I explain what to expect, and equally with a trained eye, spot when adjustments are necessary. This means progress occurs quicker and reduces unnecessary upset for you and your baby.

 

We book in follow up calls to discuss progress and ensure you’re happy with each step and ensure you’re ready for what’s ahead.

 

 

There’s no guess work for you.

 

 

Your comprehensive plan uses proven techniques to follow, and its backed up with unlimited email support during your package, and messaging if you had added it.  There are always questions that pop into your head as you’re navigating this transition … and you have me right there to answer them. This eliminates the constant overwhelming internal chat and second guessing yourself that comes when trying this solo. It frees up your time to concentrate on implementation.

 

Once you have completed your package and your baby can sleep independently, you receive all the continuation information to help maintain your child’s sleep skills whilst undertaking milestones yet to come.  For example:

 

-Nap transitions

 

-How to handle illness

 

-Travel tips for holidays

 

-Ways to deal with daylight savings

 

-Starting nursery after sleep training

 

-Moving to a big kid bed – when and how
